Active vacation in Ladis

Ladis and the entire region are a dream come true for active vacationers. Do you enjoy being active in the mountain air at any time of year? With us, the mountains are close enough to touch, whether in the middle of the countryside or on the perfectly groomed slopes. You are guaranteed to get your money’s worth here in both summer and winter.

Winter

Massive adventure

Skiing and snowboarding

At an altitude of up to 2,800 m, you will witness a special kind of snow magic. Be the first to leave your tracks in the snow, enjoy the peace and quiet high up on the mountain, and take in the spectacular panorama of the surrounding giants.

Below the snowy mountain peaks, you will find carving routes and mogul slopes at all difficulty levels, cool fun parks, and a ski Eldorado that you have to experience to believe.

One of our highlights is the Ski Movie course, where you can feel like a real racer, followed by several cameras, and then analyze your skiing skills and show off your video. So, hit the slopes, get set, go!

For ski enthusiasts, we recommend our Alpenresort Edelweiss, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sonnenbahn valley station and therefore closest to the ski area.

For fresh air enthusiasts

Slope tours

Are you looking for a nature experience combined with plenty of exercise? Then the slope ski tours in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis might be just the thing for you.

Become a mountain conqueror on skis and tackle trails with massive cumulative elevation gain. The reward? Clearly the unique view. And once you have mastered the challenge with all your might, the view is all the more beautiful.

Our tour tips

  • Route 6 Komperdell
    Easy – 2.6 km – 320 m cumulative elevation gain

  • Route 1a Frommes/Ladis
    Medium – 8.3 km – 1,260 m cumulative elevation gain
For the more advanced and experienced skiers, we recommend the picturesque Route 1a, which runs parallel to the Sonnenbahn and therefore starts right on the doorstep of our Alpenresorts Edelweiss.

For more fun

Fun sport

Of course, in addition to all the challenging activities, fun should not be neglected on vacation. How about taking a spin on the Skifox? This attraction combines tobogganing and skiing. The vehicle simply consists of a carving ski and a seat with integrated suspension.

If this is a little too daring for you, you can try out the snow bikes. These bikes also take you down the slopes at high speed, but thanks to their special design, the risk of falling is very low.

And where to

with all the equipment?

All our resorts have ski storage rooms for your equipment. You can store your items conveniently and keep them dry, so that you can set off on new adventures every day without a care in the world.

Priceless views

Climbing in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis

Put your climbing skills to the test and be rewarded with the best views. The quartzite walls below Laudegg Castle are made for real climbers. The walls are home to three via ferratas of varying difficulty levels:

  • Via Claudia Augusta via ferrata: Difficulty level: A to C
The via ferrata awaits you with numerous wooden steps, climbing nets, and wobbly bridges. In the end, you will be rewarded with a unique panoramic view that you will not forget anytime soon.
  • Pon Laudes Steig via ferrata: Difficulty level: A to C
Things get a little trickier here, as the climb includes two steep ascents. Muscle strength is definitely required, and there are only a few footholds. But here too, the wonderful view makes it all worthwhile.
  • Laudeggsteig via ferrata: Difficulty level: C to D
The third and most difficult via ferrata starts with a slightly overhanging passage. Strength and skill are required, as additional overhangs and tricky rope bridges await you.

You can easily rent the right equipment from Sport Senn. The store offers complete packages including harness, via ferrata set, helmet, and gloves. The sports rental store is located right next to the Sonnenbahn valley station, in the immediate vicinity of our Alpenresort Edelweiss.

Over rocks and cliffs

Canyoning & rafting in Tyrol’s gorges

Take a daring plunge into steep gorges, conquer rocky ravines, and show your courage by jumping into natural pools of water – canyoning offers a special kind of thrill. But don’t worry! The professional canyoning guides will show you how it’s done.

If this is a bit too much for you, you should try rafting. Here too, you will be accompanied by professional guides who will explore the Törner or Sanna Gorge with you – well equipped with vests and helmets of course.
