Check-in & check-out
When can we check in on the arrival day and when do we have to check out on the departure day?
Check-in: from 4 PM
For early birds, earlier check-in is also possible upon request (subject to availability).
If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we ask you to let us know by telephone.
Check-out: no later than 10 AM
Deposit
Do I have to pay in advance?
If you make a flexible reservation, a deposit of 40% of the booked arrangement is due.
For fixed bookings, a payment of 100% of the booked arrangement is due immediately.
Payment on site
How can we pay on site?
You have the option of paying your hotel bill at home by bank transfer or on site by EC card, Visa, Master Card, or American Express. (Please check with your bank if your card can be used abroad.)
Bread service
Is there a daily bread roll service?
Of course! We offer an extensive bread roll service for the perfect start to the day. You can choose from about 60 different types of bread and place your order by 12 noon the day before using the SuitePads available in the apartments. The next morning you will find the fresh rolls in a bread bag at your apartment door.
You are also welcome to book one of our breakfast baskets. Depending on the version you pick, the basket includes jams, spreads, hot drinks, cold cuts, yogurt, and cereal.
You can add the baskets directly during booking.
Dogs on vacation
Are dogs allowed in the Alpenresorts?
Your beloved four-legged friends are welcome upon request. We ask for your understanding that we charge €30.00 per dog per day without pet food. Every furry friend gets a little surprise from us. Please bring your own basket, blanket, etc.
Pre-check-in
Can we also check in ahead of time?
With your booking confirmation you will receive a link that allows you to check in from the comfort of your own home.
Local/tourist tax
How much is the local/tourist tax?
The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is €2.60 per person per night. (starting in November 2024: €3.70)
For bookings in 2024, all guests born in 2008 or earlier are subject to local tax.
(The arrival date matters, not the booking date.)
Cars
Where can we park our car during our vacation?
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the buildings. If you are arriving with more than one car, please let us know in good time so that we can reserve parking spaces.
Reception desk
Where is the reception desk of the Alpenresorts and when is it open?
The reception desk for all resorts is located in the Laudegghof (Unterdorf 43 in Ladis). You can find the office hours on the SuitePad in your accommodation. We are almost always available for you by phone and WhatsApp at +43 664 533 20 30.
Cancellations
Under what conditions can we cancel our booking?
Cancellations of Flex bookings or early departures are subject to the following fees:
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival or for no-shows
A processing fee of €50.00 per booking will be charged for cancellations.
The right of rescission pursuant to § 18 para. 1 line 10 of the Long-Distance and Foreign Transactions Act (FAGG) does not apply! Instead, the 2006 Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
Reservation cancellations are only valid if they are submitted in writing.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, unused nights will also be charged.
Cancellations of fixed bookings
are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change, or no-show.
Travel insurance
We know from experience that despite all the anticipation of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: As a precaution for cancellations as well as early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance package or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance package (incl. accident benefits).
Are you insured via your credit card provider?
Travel insurance is included by default for many credit cards. Be careful! This is usually only valid for the cardholder, which means that in the event of a cancellation, only the cardholder’s share is reimbursed and the rest of the family is often not insured. Please check whether you are sufficiently insured. You can obtain more information from your credit card company.
Super Summer Card
From when to when is the Super Summer Card valid?
The card is included in all bookings at the Alpenresorts Ladis from June 15 to October 20, 2024.
In summer 2025, the card is included from June 14 to October 19.
Forgotten items
What happens if we leave something in the accommodation?
All items that are left behind will be stored until the end of the season. If we have not received any message from you, they will be donated to a charitable cause. (Items that are left behind will not be automatically forwarded by mail or parcel service.) The shipping fee for shipments is € 50.00.
Additional guests
What happens if more people want to come along than were booked?
No problem! Just let us know us in writing or by phone and we will gladly let you know if this is possible.
